Serenity House opened in 2014 in a restored craftsman house on Linden Row. Six treatment rooms, a couples suite, a tea lounge with a fireplace and a garden you can hear from every table.
Our story
Built around one idea: nobody should feel rushed.
Hana spent ten years managing spas in hotels where treatments ran back to back and guests were hurried out of robes. In 2014 she bought a tired 1920s house on Linden Row and rebuilt it around one idea: nobody should feel rushed. She still runs the front desk most mornings.

The Garden Rooms
Four massage rooms overlooking the back garden, each with a heated table and dimmable light.
The Skin Studio
Two facial rooms with magnifying lamps, steamers and a separate sink so nothing is rushed.
The Couples Suite
Two tables side by side, a deep soaking tub for two and a private tea service.
The Tea Lounge
A fireplace, deep chairs and a rotating tea menu. Yours before and after any treatment.
How we work
Three promises
On time, every time
Treatments start and end when we say. Buffers between guests mean your therapist is never racing the clock.
Remembered, not re-asked
Pressure, music, allergies and focus areas are saved to your profile after the first visit, so every therapist knows.
Honest prices
The price on the menu is the price you pay. Add-ons are optional, shown up front, and there's never a product pitch.

House policies
- Cancellations
- Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule and your deposit is refunded in full. Cancellations inside 24 hours and missed appointments keep the deposit.
- Deposits
- A 25% deposit (at least $25) holds your room and goes toward your total. The balance is paid after your treatment.
- Arrival
- Please arrive 15 minutes early. If you arrive late we'll still finish on time, so your treatment may be shorter.
- Age
- Guests under 16 are welcome for facials with a parent or guardian present. Massage is for guests 16 and over.
- Health
- Tell us about injuries, allergies or pregnancy when you book. Our treatments are for relaxation and are not medical care.
- Gratuity
- Gratuity is never expected and never added automatically. If you'd like to leave something, 100% goes to your therapist.
