Massage questions

Which massage should I book for a first visit?
The Swedish Massage (60 or 90 min) is the gentlest introduction. If you already know you like firm pressure, book Deep Tissue. You can always change the pressure on the day.
Can I choose a male or female therapist?
Yes. Choose a therapist by name when you book, or pick "Any available" and add a preference in the notes. We'll honor it or call you.
What should I wear?
Whatever is comfortable. You'll undress to your comfort level and stay covered with a sheet and blanket except for the area being worked on.
Is prenatal massage safe in my first trimester?
We offer prenatal massage from the second trimester. Please check with your own care provider before booking, and tell us how far along you are.
I have a nut allergy. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Our Swedish oil contains sweet almond, so we switch to grapeseed oil. Add your allergy in the booking notes and it's saved to your profile.
