Add-ons have fixed prices and recurring plans take 10% to 20% off every visit after the first. The pricing page shows the full table.

Yes. Every team arrives with vacuums, microfiber, mops and our standard products, all included in the price. If you prefer your own products for certain surfaces, leave them out with a note and we'll use them.

A $40 deposit holds a first visit ($75 for a move-in or move-out clean). The balance is charged to the card on file after the clean. Recurring visits after the first have no deposit and are charged after each visit.

Most weeks have openings within a few days. Online booking shows every open arrival window up to 60 days ahead, including same-day openings when a team has room. Saturdays fill fastest.

No. About two thirds of our clients are at work. Share a door code, lockbox or building instructions when you book and they're saved to your home profile. Only your team can see them.

You pick a two-hour window, for example 8 to 10 AM, and your team arrives inside it. They text when they're about 30 minutes away. Cleaning time depends on the home and is shown with your quote.

Yes. Recurring homes are assigned to one team of two, and that team keeps your notes. If someone is out, our owner Jen or another trained team covers and we tell you the day before.

We love them. Tell us about your pets when you book and choose the Pets in the home add-on ($15) for an extra pet hair pass. We're happy to work around a crate or a closed door, and we never let pets outside.

Choose weekly (20% off), every 2 weeks (15% off) or every 4 weeks (10% off). The first visit is the cleaning type you chose, then every visit is a Standard Clean of your home at the discounted price. The same team comes on the same day and arrival window.

Reschedule, skip or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival window. Inside 48 hours we keep the $40 deposit, or charge $40 on a recurring visit, because the team's day is already planned around you.

Tell us within 48 hours and the same team comes back to redo it at no charge. Reply to the review text, send a message from the portal or call the office.

If nobody is home and the access details don't work, the team waits 15 minutes and calls you. If they still can't get in, a $50 lockout fee applies and we rebook you at the next opening.

PureHome cleans homes only: houses, townhomes, condos and apartments. For post-renovation dust, book a Deep Clean and mention it in the notes, and we'll call if the job needs more time.
