The same two cleaners every visit, with your access notes, pet details and preferences saved to your home profile.

We text when we're 30 minutes out and again when we're done. Anything missed within 48 hours, we come back for free.

Before we arrive
A little prep goes a long way
Clear the surfaces
- Pick up clothes and toys so floors can be done edge to edge
- Leave dishes in the dishwasher or sink, we wipe around them
- Put away valuables and anything fragile you'd rather we skip
Access and keys
- Two thirds of our clients aren't home, and that's fine
- Door codes are confirmed by text, never typed on the website
- Keys can stay in a lockbox or with building staff
Pets
- Tell us names and habits when you book
- Crates or a closed room work great for nervous pets
- We never let pets outside
Changing plans
Reschedule, skip or cancel any visit free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival window. Inside 48 hours we keep the $40 deposit (or charge $40 on a recurring visit). If the team can't get in at arrival, a $50 lockout fee applies. Recurring plans have no contract: pause or cancel anytime.
