Dr. Marsh opened BrightSmile to run the kind of practice she wanted as a patient: unhurried visits, clear prices and no pressure. She leads cosmetic planning and does most of the practice's crown and veneer work.

Training: Doctor of Dental Surgery with advanced training in cosmetic dentistry and digital smile design. 16 years in practice, the last eight at BrightSmile.

Dr. Anand leads the clear aligner program and sees many of the practice's urgent visits. Patients say he explains the options before he picks up an instrument.
