What to bring
A photo ID
So we can match you to your records.
Your insurance card
If you have one. We'll scan it at check-in.
A list of your medicines
Names and doses are enough. Your dentist asks about them in person.
Reading glasses
If you use them to read forms and treatment plans.
Bringing a child? Children's visits are 45 minutes ($125 self-pay) and parents are welcome in the room.
Comfort
Tell us what helps
Choose comfort preferences when you request your visit, or add them later in the portal. Your provider sees them before you sit down.
I get nervous at the dentist
We'll book a little extra time and go at your pace.
Explain each step before it happens
No surprises: we talk you through it first.

Noise-canceling headphones are in every room.

Weighted and regular blankets are available.
Short breaks during longer visits

Paying for your visit
Insured or not, you'll know the price first.
We're in network with most PPO and employer plans and check your benefits before the visit. Without insurance, the BrightSmile Care Plan is $349 a year and covers two cleanings, x-rays and an urgent visit.
