We work with most PPO dental plans and many employer and union plans, and we'll check DHMO and state plans for you. Without insurance, you pay posted self-pay prices, or join the BrightSmile Care Plan.

How it works
When you request a visit with insurance, the front desk verifies your plan before you come in.
Before any treatment, you get the fee, the estimated plan payment and your part.
We send the claim for you. If your plan pays more than estimated, we refund the difference.
No insurance?
One yearly fee covers your preventive care and an urgent visit, with member savings on fillings, crowns, whitening and sealants. No claims, no waiting periods, no annual maximum.

You'll see self-pay prices before any treatment. Many patients join the BrightSmile Care Plan: $349 a year covers two cleanings and exams, routine x-rays and one urgent visit, plus 15% off fillings, crowns and whitening. The kids plan is $249 a year: two cleanings and exams with fluoride, one urgent visit, and 20% off sealants and fillings.
We take cards, HSA and FSA cards, and Apple Pay or Google Pay. For treatment over $500 we can split the cost into three monthly payments with no interest.
