Billed monthly from the day you join, online or at the desk. Switch plans yourself in the member portal: an upgrade starts the same day, a downgrade at your next renewal. Pause from the portal when you travel; billing stops until you resume.

Cancellations
Cancel up to 12 hours before class and the credit comes back. Later cancels and no-shows use the credit; on Unlimited they carry a $15 fee.
Waitlists
Up to 5 people per class. When a spot opens, the first person with a valid pass is booked and texted. A spot you get inside the 12-hour window can still be cancelled free.
Pauses and expiry
Pause a membership from the member portal and billing stops until you resume. Packs expire as listed above; we email a week before a pack runs out with classes left.
