Two other companies quoted a bigger system from the driveway. Anika did a room-by-room load calculation and said we needed less, not more. The new heat pump is quieter and our July bill dropped noticeably.

How fast can you get here?
Requests that come in before noon on a weekday are usually seen the same day. Dispatch calls back within one business hour to confirm a window. On an emergency, the on-call technician calls within 15 minutes, day or night.
What does the diagnostic visit cost?
$89 for AC and heating repairs, credited toward the repair when you approve it. Replacement estimates are free. After-hours emergency visits add a $120 dispatch fee, which is waived for Comfort Club Total members.
Will I know the price before you start?
Yes. We use a flat-rate price book. The technician shows you the price for each option on a tablet, you approve it in writing, and that is the price on the invoice.
Do you service every brand?
We repair and maintain every major brand of furnace, air conditioner, heat pump and boiler. For replacements we install the equipment we can support for its whole life, and we will tell you why.
What if something goes wrong after the repair?
Repairs carry a 1-year parts and labor warranty. Comfort Club Total members get 2 years on the same parts and labor. New systems carry a 10-year parts and labor warranty when registered, which we do for you.
Can I pay online?
Every invoice is in your customer portal, where you can pay by card or bank transfer, see past visits and approve estimates. Financing is available on system replacements.
