A condensing furnace turns 96 cents of every gas dollar into heat. Two-stage models run quieter and keep rooms within a degree.

Moves heat instead of making it. Modern cold-climate units keep heating well below zero and double as your air conditioner in summer.

A heat pump for most of the winter with a gas furnace for the coldest nights. The thermostat switches between them automatically.

Heating FAQ
My carbon monoxide alarm is going off. What do I do?
Get everyone outside, then call 911 or your gas utility. Do not go back in until they say it is safe. Once the utility has cleared the house, call our emergency line and we will find and fix the source.
Can a heat pump really heat a Denver house?
Cold-climate heat pumps keep working well below zero. Most of our installs pair one with a gas furnace as backup (dual fuel), so the heat pump handles most of the winter and the furnace covers the coldest nights.
How old is too old for a furnace?
Furnaces usually last 18 to 25 years. Past 15, we look closely at the heat exchanger and burners on every visit, and we will tell you plainly if it is time.
Do you work on boilers and radiators?
Yes. Diego leads our hydronic work: cast iron boilers, circulators, zone valves and bleeding radiators in older Denver homes.
