Many of the no-heat calls we run in October start with something a tune-up would have caught: a cracked igniter, a dirty flame sensor, a clogged drain. Members get theirs on schedule, pay less for repairs and skip the line when the weather turns.
1 tune-up per year
One precision tune-up a year for one system, plus member pricing on repairs.

Cooling tune-ups run April through June and heating tune-ups September through November. We text you three weeks ahead with open windows, or you can pick a time in the customer portal.
Yes, any time, from the portal or by phone. Unused months are refunded, minus any tune-up you already received at the non-member price.
The plan covers the tune-ups and discounts repairs. Parts are billed at member pricing. New systems installed by NorthStar come with their own 10-year parts and labor warranty.
Essential and Plus cover one system (a furnace and its AC count as one), and a second system tuned on the same visit is $119. Total covers two, which suits homes with a separate upstairs system or a mini-split.
