Before you come in.
Can I have a virtual consultation?
Yes. Any consultation can be held as a complimentary 20-minute video call. An in-studio visit is still needed before a first injectable or laser treatment, and your provider will book that with you.
What is your cancellation policy?
Consultations can be moved or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours ahead. Treatment deposits are refundable with at least 48 hours' notice. You can reschedule from your client portal or by calling the studio.
Is there parking?
Yes. There are two client spaces behind the building off Pell Street, and metered parking on Marlowe Lane. Look for the rose-colored door beside the bookshop; the studio is on the second floor, with an elevator.
