Treatment plans
At Luna, nobody leaves a consultation with a sales pitch. You leave with a written plan: what we recommend, how many sessions, how far apart and roughly what it will cost, so you can decide in your own time.
You meet a provider for 30 minutes, in the studio or by video. They ask what you would like to change, review your health history and look at your skin in good light.
Within a day, your plan appears in your client portal: the treatment, how many sessions, how far apart and an estimated investment range, with notes in plain language.
When you approve the plan, Sasha schedules the sessions around your diary and any events, so spacing stays right. Deposits hold each session.
Your provider reviews the plan at every visit. Sessions can be added, spaced out or stopped. The plan follows you, not the other way around.
