The method
Three steps, in this order.
We would rather spend a consultation talking you out of a treatment than into one. It is also why every consultation ends with a written plan, not a sales pitch.

Consult
Thirty unhurried minutes with a licensed provider, in the studio or by video. Complimentary for injectables and skin. Nothing is booked on the day unless you want it to be.

Plan
Your provider writes it down: sessions, spacing and an estimated investment range. It lives in your client portal, and you can take a week to think.
- 03
Treat
Sessions are scheduled around your calendar, reviewed at every visit and adjusted as you go. The plan changes when you do.

Where do I start if I'm interested in fine lines around my eyes?
A Botox and Filler Consultation is the place to start. It is complimentary and takes 30 minutes. Lines around the eyes can have more than one cause, so a nurse practitioner or nurse injector looks at how they form and talks you through the options, which may include a neuromodulator, skin treatments or simply a better routine. You can meet in the studio or by video.
What happens during a filler consultation?
Your provider asks what you would like to change, reviews your health history and looks at the area in good light. They explain what filler can and cannot do there, how many syringes might be involved and the price range, all written down before you decide. If filler is not the right fit, they will say so, and nothing is booked until you are ready.
Do I need a consultation before a treatment?
Yes. Every new treatment at Luna starts with a consultation, so a licensed provider can decide with you whether it is a good fit. Botox and filler consultations and skin consultations are complimentary; the Laser Consultation is $75 and credited toward your first laser session.
Is the consultation free?
Botox and filler consultations and skin consultations are complimentary. The Laser Consultation is $75, credited in full toward your first laser treatment within 90 days. Virtual consultations are always complimentary.
Can I have a virtual consultation?
Yes. Any consultation can be held as a complimentary 20-minute video call. An in-studio visit is still needed before a first injectable or laser treatment, and your provider will book that with you.
Am I a good candidate for a treatment?
Only a licensed provider can answer that, after reviewing your health history and goals, and that is exactly what the consultation is for. It is complimentary for injectables and skin treatments, and you are never expected to book on the day.
