Series pricing
When a plan calls for several sessions.
If your treatment plan includes a series, you can pay for it together and save. Members take a further 10 to 15 percent off.

Questions
About memberships.
Do I need a consultation before joining?
Yes. New skin clients start with a complimentary Skin Consultation, so the monthly facial or peel is right for your skin. You can join at the end of it, or later.
What happens to credits I do not use?
Luna Skin and Luna Complete credits roll over for 60 days. Luna Complete's injectables credit can be banked for up to three months.
Can I pause or cancel?
Monthly memberships can be paused or cancelled with 30 days' notice from your client portal or by calling the studio.
Are memberships a treatment plan?
No. A membership covers a monthly facial or peel and member pricing. Treatment plans for injectables, microneedling or laser are written separately after a consultation.
