Most dogs are with us two to three hours, cats about ninety minutes. You only spend a few minutes of it here.

Two minutes at the counter. We already have the profile, vaccines and notes.
Step 2: Bath and dry
Coat-matched shampoo, then a dryer your pet can handle, or a towel.
Step 3: The groom
One groomer from start to finish, following the saved preferences.
Step 4: Report card
Coat notes, behavior and an after-groom portrait in your portal.
Step 5: Ready text
We text about 15 minutes before pickup. No waiting in the lobby.

Bath with a coat-matched shampoo, fluff dry, a haircut in the style you choose (breed trim, teddy bear, summer cut), nail trim, ear cleaning, sanitary trim and paw pads. Finished with a spritz of cologne if you like it.

De-shedding Treatment
For double coats and heavy shedders: de-shedding shampoo and conditioning mask, a high-velocity blow-out and an undercoat rake that pulls out the loose fur before it lands on your couch. Nail trim included.
