Dogs are priced by size class from their weight: Small up to 20 lb, Medium 21 to 50, Large 51 to 90 and Giant over 90. Doodle coats add 30 minutes and $20, double coats and hand-scissored breeds add 15 minutes and $10. Cats have their own flat prices. The booking form shows your pet's exact price before you pay the deposit.

Grooms, baths and de-shedding treatments are held with a $25 deposit ($15 for a Puppy Intro) that comes off the total. Nail trims and teeth brushing need no deposit. Changes are free up to 24 hours before drop-off; inside 24 hours the deposit is kept.

For nail trims and teeth brushing, yes, whenever a groomer is free. Everything else is by appointment, and online booking shows the real openings for each groomer.

Most dogs are with us for 2 to 3 hours, including drying time, and larger or doodle coats can take longer. We text you about 15 minutes before your pet is ready, so you never wait in the lobby.

We ask pet parents not to stay. Most pets settle faster once their person leaves, and you get a report card with coat notes and an after-groom portrait at pickup.

There is free parking behind the building, off the alley on Thistledown Ave. The two spots by the side door are for five-minute drop-offs and pickups.

Our Puppy Intro is for puppies 10 weeks to 6 months, once they've had their second round of shots. It's a short, gentle visit that makes grooming fun for life.

Dogs need current rabies, DHPP and Bordetella. Cats need current rabies and FVRCP. Upload the records in your pet parent portal or email them before the first visit. Pets with an expired record are rescheduled.

Never. If a pet is too stressed to groom safely, we stop, call you and suggest a shorter visit or quiet hours with Priya or Imani.

Yes. Nervous dogs get quiet hours: the first appointment of the morning, one groomer from start to finish, hand drying near the face and breaks whenever they need one. Priya handles most of our nervous and senior dogs.

Light mats are brushed out at $15 per 15 minutes. If brushing would hurt, we recommend a comfortable short trim instead so the coat can start fresh. We always call before we start.

Yes. Imani Okafor, our cat grooming specialist, sees cats Tuesday to Saturday in a separate cat room with no dogs and no loud dryers. Lion cuts, comb-outs, baths and nail trims.
