Dogs are priced by weight class, cats have their own flat prices, and the few coats that genuinely take longer say so up front. The booking form shows your pet's exact total before you pay the deposit.

    Bath with a coat-matched shampoo, fluff dry, a haircut in the style you choose (breed trim, teddy bear, summer cut), nail trim, ear cleaning, sanitary trim and paw pads. Finished with a spritz of cologne if you like it.

    For double coats and heavy shedders: de-shedding shampoo and conditioning mask, a high-velocity blow-out and an undercoat rake that pulls out the loose fur before it lands on your couch. Nail trim included.

Coat adjustments

The only extras we add, and why

Some coats take longer on the table. Instead of a surprise at pickup, the booking form adds the time and the price the moment you enter the breed.

    Curly doodle coats take longer to wash, dry straight and scissor.

    Thick undercoats need extra drying and brushing time.

    Breed trims finished by hand with shears instead of clippers.

    Long coats are combed out in sections before and after the bath.

    For short-haired and easy-coated cats: bath, low-noise dry, a thorough brush-out to lift loose fur, nail trim and ear cleaning. No haircut.

    A calm, quick nail trim in the cat room with a towel wrap if your cat likes one. About 20 minutes.

Long-haired cats (Maine Coon, Persian, Ragdoll and friends) add 20 minutes and $15 to a Cat Groom or Cat Bath for the comb-out. Cats 12 and older get rest breaks at no charge.

Deposits

Grooms, baths and de-shedding are held with a $25 deposit ($15 for puppies) that comes off the total. Nail trims and teeth brushing need none.

Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations are free up to 24 hours before drop-off. Inside 24 hours, or if we don't see your pet within 15 minutes of the start time, the deposit is kept. Matted coats may need dematting at $15 per 15 minutes, and we always call you before we start.

Tax

Oregon has no sales tax, so the price you see is the price you pay. Tips are welcome and go straight to your groomer.
