Kitchen remodel
Most kitchen remodels take 4 to 6 months from the first design meeting to a finished kitchen, including 8 to 12 weeks of construction. We design the layout with you, handle permits and structural work when walls come out, and build it with our own carpenters. Projects start at $45,000; most land between $65,000 and $140,000.

02How pricing works
One fixed price, billed as the work gets done
Good, Better, Best. Every proposal prices the same design three ways, so you choose where the money goes instead of guessing.
Allowances in dollars. Tile, lighting and plumbing fixtures you pick later are listed with an amount. Pick under it and you keep the difference.
Contingency you get back. A line held for what we find behind the walls. Unused contingency is credited at the final invoice.
Change orders before work. If the scope changes, you see the price in writing first.

Every invoice appears in your project portal and can be paid by bank transfer or card.
